As the Dallas Cowboys complete their first season at the new Cowboys Stadium, the world famous Texas Stadium site begins its next chapter as the centerpiece of a prime real-estate opportunity.

In early 2010, the stadium structure will come down, clearing the way for a dynamic development site - Crossroads DFW. Served by an efficient network of highways, the 400 - acre site is also easily accessed by the in-progress construction of Dallas Area Rapid Transit's (DART) Orange Line, connecting downtown Dallas through the stadium site, into Irving's Las Colinas Urban Center, and directly into DFW Airport by December 2013.
